Another Body Was Found At Amtrak Crash Site, Bringing Death Toll to 8

According to city officials, a body was found at the site of Tuesday's Amtrak train derailment in Philadelphia two days after the crash, bringing the total death toll to eight.
A preliminary investigation from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) revealed that the train was traveling more than double the speed limit moments before it derailed.
When the train's engineer applied the emergency brakes, just moments before the crash, the train had reached 106 mph, according to the NTSB; the train cars derailed as the train entered a curve in the track where the speed limit is 50 mph.
