Oleg Lyashko's Radical Party set up camp outside the Cabinet of Ministers building in Kiev, Wednesday, demanding that the government slash utility prices. Party activists could be seen setting up the camp with wooden pallets, allowing people to camp without pitching their tents directly on the cold ground. The leader of the Radical Party, Oleg Lyashko, addressed the protest saying that "our historic mission is to disperse the Poroshenko's gang". The Radical Party was set up by Oleh Lyashko in 2010 and holds 22 seats in the Ukrainian parliament. Although the party became a member of the coalition supporting the current second Yatsenyuk Government, they left it on 1 September 2015 in protest over a vote in parliament involving a change to the Ukrainian Constitution that would lead to decentralization and greater powers for the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics (DNP/DPR and LNR/LPR)
