France: Hundreds of Yellow Vest protesters hit Paris for 41st straight week

An estimated 700 protesters took to the streets of Paris on Saturday for the 41st consecutive week of 'Yellow Vest' demonstrations.
Closely guarded by a large group of police officers, the protesters marched and chanted in a show of anger at the government.
"It's the government that decides, who says, here you go, here's what you wanted, but in fact no, we do not have what we wanted, so we're always out here. And in fact, we have the impression that protesting it is problematic for the government even though it is a fundamental right," said Francienna, a protester.
Since the beginning of Yellow Vest protests in November, tens of thousands have joined demonstrations across France over a variety of grievances, ranging from taxes on fuel to income inequality.
