A protest encampment was set up outside the Cabinet of Ministers government building in Kiev, Wednesday, as members of Ukraine's Radical Party launched their 'Tariff Maidan' movement, to tackle the price of utilities in Ukraine. Party activists could be seen setting up the camp with wooden pallets, allowing people to camp without pitching their tents directly on the cold ground. The Radical Party was set up by Oleh Lyashko in 2010 and holds 22 seats in the Ukrainian parliament.
