New Jersey Raid Leads to Fourth ISIS-related Arrest in Tri-State Area

A Thursday morning raid in New Jersey led to the arrest of a 21-year-old man, Samuel Rahamin Topaz, in connection to an Islamic State-related terror case, the fourth Tri-State area arrest in the case this week.
Court documents allege that the group - Munther Omar Saleh, Fareed Mumuni, Topaz, and an unnamed 17-year-old co-conspirator - were were part of a plot to support ISIS, which has also been referred to as ISIL, both abroad and here in the United States, including detonating explosive devices and attacking law enforcement personnel.
