President Putin Honors Families With Order of Parental Glory at Kremlin

Come, families, and take a smiling photo with the happy Vladimir. The Order of Parental Glory is an event in which large Russian families descend on the Kremlin in an effort by the government to promote child-rearing. It is a good event and there is absolutely nothing strange about it, as you can tell from the several photographs that were taken during it. Putin invited nine families, each of whom has raised at least seven children, to the Kremlin to accept an award for their "outstanding contribution to preserving the family’s traditional foundations."
