Amazon Gets the Green Light to Test Drones in the U.S.

Amazon will soon be able to test its drones in the U.S. The Federal Aviation Administration just gave its approval for the company to operate unmanned aircraft systems under strict conditions.
As spelled out by the FAA , Amazon's "experimental airworthiness certificate" will permit the company to fly drones but only at altitudes of 400 feet or below, and only during daylight hours when the weather doesn't obscure vision.
