SOT, Bhavna Tokekar, Powerlifter: "I never thought about age, it's just that I was working out since the last six or seven years, and yes family support is important, but I don't think anybody can push you or motivate you so much that you put in so much of hard-work every day. It has to come from within. You cannot see or watch anybody or think about any motivation outside. The motivation has to come from within."
