National Front leader Marine Le pen spoke out against immigration in Europe at a rally in Calais on Friday, in the lead up to the regional elections in December. Le Pen said that "migrants should know they have nothing to do in our homeland", and adding that France "has nothing more to offer to them." She went on to say that the country "can't receive migrants anymore" because it has "reached the saturation point". The National Front is a right wing political party founded in France in 1972. Marine Le pen has been its leader since 2011, when the previous leader, her father Jean-Marie Le Pen, resigned from the position. Although a marginal force during previous decades, it has seen its supporters grow strongly in the recent years.
