The footage shows a bunker up for rent which was built for the GDR Ministry for State Security (Stasi) in the late 1980s in a small municipality of Gosen-Neu Zittau on the outskirts of Berlin, Thursday. The former 1,000sq metre nuclear shelter was put on the market around six months ago and has already received serious interest. The bunker costs €2,000 per month ($2250) with additional utility costs of €1,000 ($1125).
