Eurogroup finance ministers have received "no substantive proposals" from Greece ahead of key talks on Greece's debt crisis, German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble told reporters in Brussels, Monday. Greece is trying to reach a deal to unlock bailout funds, in order to avoid defaulting on a €1.5 billion ($1.7 billion) debt repayment due to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by June 30. Tsipras reportedly tabled several proposals, Sunday to help Athens secure €7.20 billion ($8.18 billion) in rescue funds and avoid default.
