SOT, William Paloski, NASA Human Research Programme Director: "I think this experiment, a set of experiments, we did 71 experiments in Sirius-19 and as far as I know so far the data have all been collected as expected. There were very good experiments, the crew coherent extremely well, worked together to solve problems we placed in front of them. And from everything we can tell so far it was a very successful mission."

Six members of the international SIRIUS crew completed their 120-day simulated Moon flight experiment at Moscow's Institute of Biomedical Problems on Wednesday.
The experiment reproduced the basic characteristics of a Moon mission, paving the way for future space flights.
The SIRIUS crew comprised of the experiment's commander Evgeny Tarelkin and three other Russians, flight engineer Daria Zhidova, crew doctor Stefania Fedyai and test researcher Anastasia Stepanova, in addition to Americans Reinhold Povilaitis and Allen Mirkadyrov.
Speaking to the press, NASA Human Research Programme Director William Paloski said the crew had "a very successful mission."
The crew’s commander Tarelkin stated that "the most important thing" is that the experiment's participants have "a lot of mutual plans ahead."
The scientific programme of SIRIUS-2019 included 79 experiments. The results will be used as a basis for the preparation of future long duration space missions.
