SOT, Donald Trump, US President: "No, I don't think so, I think we have a very good relationship, we'll see what happens that could always change but we'll see what happens. Kim Jong-un has been, you know, pretty straight with me, I think. And we are gonna see what's going on, we're gonna see what's happening. He likes testing missiles, but we never restricted short-range missiles, we'll see what happens. Many nations test those missiles, we tested a very big one the other day as you probably noticed."

US President Donald Trump said he does not believe North Korean leader Kim Jong-un violated any agreements and commented that Kim "likes testing missiles," in response to the latest North Korean test launches, while leaving the White House in Washington DC on Friday.
"We are gonna see what's going on, we're gonna see what's happening. He likes testing missiles but we never restricted short-range missiles," commented the US President, adding that "many nations test those missiles" and that the US "tested a very big one the other day."
Earlier this month Trump tweeted that Kim Jong-un had promised him in a personal letter to refrain from missiles launching and to continue denuclearisation talks. The talks between the USA and North Korea have stagnated since February and have not produced a deal yet, with North Korea warning that it might resume testing longer range missiles if the US does not change its approach to the nuclear talks.
