Bulgaria: Right-wing 'Migrant Hunter' leads protest against refugees in Sofia

Over one hundred protesters gathered in Sofia, Friday, to denounce what they consider to be an invasion of illegal immigrants into Bulgaria.
Initiated by the right-wing group 'National resistance,' the protesters marched under the slogan 'Bulgaria above all - let's clear the Lion's bridge from Islamists.' The protesters accuse the Bulgarian government of selling the country for "blood money from Saudi Arabia, Soros and the Islamic State," according to one of the protesters, Peter Nizamov, who is also known as the 'migrant hunter.'
During his speech Nizamov the 'migrant hunter' further stated that Bulgarians will now be forced to take refugees into their own homes. The protesters called for refugees to leave the country and stopped in front of a mosque in Sofia, blowing their whistles and booing.
There was a heavy police presence before, during and after the protest. No escalations were reported. Similar events were held in several other cities in Bulgaria on Friday.
