UK: Cameron to push forward with devolution to keep Union together

British Prime Minister gave an address outside Number 10, Downing Street in London, Friday, following an unexpected Tory majority win in the UK general elections. The British leader promised that his second term would include three million apprenticeships, more help with child care, and large cuts to taxes. He went on talk about bringing the UK 'good schooling' and the devolution of the political process in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. The prime minister also reaffirmed his promise to deliver an in-out referendum on Britain’s membership in the European Union.
