Number 10: Keisha Evans
Busting her way into the Top 10 Largest Breast Implants in the World is Keisha Evans. Keisha is in the adult film industry with a size 56 chest and with implants that have 6000 cc of saline.

Number 9: Maxi Mounds
Maxi Mounds, like most of the others on this list is in the adult entertainment industry. She proudly carries around her size 42 MM chest. Each breast weighs a hefty 20 lbs a piece.

Number 8: Pandora Peaks
Pandora Peaks settles into the #7 position with measurements of 42-22-36 and a 42HHH bra size. Pandora appeared on 3 Playboy covers in the early 90s and starred alongside Demi Moore in the 1996 box office flop, Striptease.

Number 7: Minka
Minka was an immigrant from South Korea who came to the U.S. to be a tennis instructor, however, that proved to be a failure due to the language barrier. She then turned to the adult film industry, having attained a bra size of 32 KKK, and was more successful in that industry than tennis.

Number 6: Busty Dusty
Busty Dusty is a 54 yr old retired pornstar/stripper with a whopping 90 HHH bra size with measurements of 54-24-34. Busty Dusty was very popular in the 90s

Number 5: BB Gunns
BB Gunns has a bra size of 38 HHH, making her the 4th on the countdown of the world’s largest breast implants. BB Gunns has also gone by the name Bodacious Bubbles. Her measurements are 76-26-36.

Number 4: Martina Big
Martina Big has landed at #4 on the countdown with a set of 32 K breast implants. There is 2500 cc of saline in each implant and she dreams of getting 5000 cc in each implant one day. Martina had to quit her job as a flight attendant when her plastic surgery/breast enlargement addiction became noticeable and she was having trouble moving up and down the aisle.

Number 3: Sheyla Hershey
Sheyla lives in Houston, Texas and up until very recently she had the 3rd largest breast implants in the world. She had 16 surgeries to keep increasing her cup size until she reached a 34 KKK. However, after having the last surgery, she developed a near fatal staph infection which resulted in a loss of the implants and almost both of her breasts.

Number 2: Chelsea Charms
With a bra size of 164 XXX, Chelsea ‘charms’ her way to having the 2nd largest set of breast implants in the world. She is a successful strip dancer and porn star, and enlarged her breasts she says ‘out of necessity’ to get her career moving.

Number 1:
Mayra ‘Beshine’ Hills has breast implants that weigh 20 lbs a piece and give her a bra size of 32Z. There are 10,000 cc of saline in each breast. Beshine started life as a very petite 32A but wanted more and then more, and claims to still want bigger! Her present measurements are 59-28-36. Beshine has implanted herself all the way to the #1 spot of the World’s Largest Breast Implants countdown.
