South Korea's Surreal MERS Precautions

South Korea has reported 13 deaths linked to an outbreak of the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome virus, which began with the first diagnosis on May 20.
In an effort to curb the infection rate, teams have gone out to disinfect public spaces.
So far to date, most of the infections have been due to exposure in hospital settings.
The nation's ministry of health said in a statement Friday."The number of newly confirmed cases has fallen sharply and there are little risks of the virus spreading through airborne transmissions or to communities outside hospital settings,"
During the current outbreak to date, South Korea has seen 126 confirmed MERS cases. There remain 3,680 people in quarantine.
