Dozens of holidaymakers were left stranded in Turkey's Antalya Airport on Monday, after the travel giant Thomas Cook announced bankruptcy in the early hours of the day.
Passengers were seen standing in front of display boards while waiting for their travel updates, as dozens of flights were cancelled when a last-minute bid to rescue the travel giant failed over the weekend.
A repatriation operation is currently under way, with the UK Civil Aviation Authority confirming that nearly 150,000 British travellers will be flown back home.
