According to reports more than 1,000 refugees and migrants arrived at a small Slovenian village of Brezice near the border with Croatia, early Wednesday. They were dropped at the Slovenian border to the transit camp by train from Croatia overnight and currently many are waiting to be transported further north. Some people can be seen boarding northbound buses in order to continue their journeys. Slovenian authorities have deployed the army in order to guard the refugees and prevent any incidents. Earlier on Wednesday, a large broke out at the camp with firefighters trying to put it out. It's not yet clear what caused the fire. Some reports say refugees set fire to their tents in protest at their treatment and delays in registering and moving them on to the Austrian border.
