Russia: Still too many people below poverty line - Putin

Speaking at his 15th state-of-the-nation address in Moscow on Wednesday, President Vladimir Putin said that the number of Russians living below the poverty line is still too high.
Over 1,000 people are attending Putin’s 15th state-of-the-nation address in the Moscow Gostiny Dvor (the Merchant Court), including members of both houses of the Russian Parliament, members of the government, as well as other officials and prominent figures, alongside 761 journalists that were accredited for the event.
