Burundi Opposition Figure Reportedly Killed In Drive-By Shooting

Local media in Burundi are reporting that an opposition party leader has been killed by unknown assailants in the nation's capital.
Iwacu, a prominent news organization in Burundi, reported that Zedi Feruzi of the UPD-Zigamibanga party was assassinated late Saturday in a drive-by shooting.
Two of his guards reportedly died in the attack as well.
The incident is likely to raise tensions in the Central African country ravaged by unrest since President Pierre Nkurunziza announced he would seek a third term in office.
There have been almost daily street protests in the Capitol since Nkurunziza's annoucement.
