UK: BNP protest against immigration outside Home Office's visa HQ

The British National Party (BNP), a far-right nationalist political movement, held an anti-immigration protest outside the UK Home Office's Lunar House, the headquarters of Visa and Immigration processing in London's Croydon, Saturday. The anti-immigration protesters were met by a counter-protest organised by Unite Against Fascism (UAF), who outnumbered them, with less than 20 BNP activists attending. Police were deployed to keep both groups of protesters separate. The rally has been condemned for stirring racial and ethnic tensions in the midst of a global refugee crisis that British Prime Minister David Cameron has been forced to change course on.
