The GimmeFive challenge, by the way, is a social media initiative that encourages Americans to tell Mrs. Obama five things they're doing to for an active and healthier lifestyle.
Mrs. Obama has spearheaded the nationwide Let's Move! campaign, which encourages children to lead healthy lifestyles that include balanced diets and regular exercise, since 2011.
Her five activities include jumping rope, ab-activating crunches, jumping squats, lifting weights and boxing.
