Protesters gathered outside the Russian embassy in Sofia, Saturday, to show solidarity with the Russian intervention in Syria and to call for an end to what demonstrators called "American propaganda." Protesters waved the flags of Russia and Syria and held pictures of Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad and Russian President Vladimir Putin, while condemning US foreign policy. Some protesters also held flags of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic (LPR), while other held anti-US and anti-EU signs. The protest was organised under the slogan 'Russia, You're not alone' and have been planned to take place at regular intervals for as long as the Syrian conflict continues.
