Northern Ireland: Thousands of pro-life supporters march through Belfast

Thousands of pro-life activists took to the streets of Belfast on Saturday to take part in the 10th annual 'All-Ireland Rally for Life,' which organisers claim is biggest anti-abortion event in the country.
Protesters from both sides of the border marched through Northern Ireland's capital waving pro-life flags and banners.
Director of the pressure group Precious Life, Bernadette Smyth, addressed the crowd, stating "Throughout the world 50 million people die from abortion every year, whilst our lives go on as normal," before adding "50 million of our brothers and sisters die in the womb."
