USA: Police rescue toddler trapped in half-submerged car after Hurricane Matthew

Police rescued a mother and her toddler son from a car which was half-submerged under water during heavy floods in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Saturday. Authorities have so far made over 100 rescues since Hurricane Matthew swept the region.
At least four people have been reported missing as officials scramble to respond to hundreds of pending emergency calls. Mayor Nat Roberson declared a mandatory curfew from 7pm to 7am in response to the number of rescues carried out by emergency workers.
