Netherlands: Karadzic found guilty of genocide in Srebrenica, sentenced to 40 years

Former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic was sentenced to 40 years in prison for genocide and war crimes, at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague on Thursday.
He was found guilty of genocide for his role in the 1995 Srebrenica massacre, and of nine other charges.
