SOT, Benjamin Gantz, Blue and White Party leader (Hebrew): "We have good news and bad news. The bad news is that we see Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spreading fake news and scaring people. The man sits in his office, and invents polls and tells lies." *LOOSE TRANSLATION*

SOT, Benjamin Gantz, Blue and White Party leader (Hebrew): "If the voting numbers will stay as they are, we might lose the elections. Netanyahu manages to scare his voters and make them go and vote on the basis of his lies. I am even afraid that he might not recognise the results if he loses." *LOOSE TRANSLATION*

SOT, Benjamin Gantz, Blue and White Party leader (Hebrew): "We saw today how he is speaking against the police and the elections committee that he himself had chosen. Netanyahu has lost it, and he is willing to run over the democracy with a D9 tractor - all for his immunity." *LOOSE TRANSLATION*

Blue and White Party leader Benjamin Gantz held a closing rally in Tel Aviv on Sunday, ahead of the upcoming elections.
During the rally, Gantz accused his electoral rival Benjamin Netanyahu of "spreading fake news," noting that the incumbent prime minister was "willing to run over the democracy with a D9 tractor - all for his immunity."
The former Chief of General Staff of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) also compared the ongoing election campaign to "a pregnancy that will end with a Blue and White government."
Gantz, who failed to unseat Netanyahu during the April vote, may have another chance during the upcoming elections. Israel will hold snap elections on September 17, as Netanyahu was unable to form a governing coalition after the elections in April.
