United states President Barack Obama campaigned on behalf of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton at the University of North Carolina, in Fayetteville, North Carolina on Friday.
Democratic party supporters began queuing up since early morning outside the State University's stadium, seven hours before the event was due to start. The audience, that appeared mostly African-American, went wild as Obama walked in.
Obama urged voters to vote early, stating that "we've got to work our hearts out this week, these last four days, as if our future depends on it. Because our future depends on it."
As the US President mentioned Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, calling him "uniquely unqualified" and "temperamentally unfit to be Commander-in-Chief" an elderly white man, wearing a veteran's uniform jumped up from his seat and began heckling while waving a Donald Trump sign. The protester was then removed from the premises.
