Hundreds of mourners paid their respects to football player Emiliano Sala as he was laid to rest in his hometown of San Martin de Progreso on Saturday.
Cardiff City manager Neil Warnock and chief executive Ken Choo also attended the funeral, while Sala's last club Nantes were represented by defender Nicolas Pallois and general secretary Loic Morin.
Sala's remains were flown back from the UK to Buenos Aires on Friday morning.
The 28-year-old player died when the plane he was flying in crashed over the English Channel on January 21. His body was discovered in the wreckage two weeks later on February 3 following a privately-funded search.
