Bavarian interior minister Joachim Herrmann spoke about the distribution of refugees throughout Germany, during a press conference in Passau, Saturday. Herrmann revealed that German Chancellor Angela Merkel and her Austrian counterpart Werner Faymann have come to an agreement regarding the protocol for refugees entering each country. Hermann also added that initial registration for new arrivals will not take place at the Bavarian border, in order to encourage an equal distribution of refugees throughout the country. Both Austria and Germany have agreed to accept the refugees coming from Hungary. "In light of the emergency situation on the Hungarian border today, and in this case, Austria and Germany have approved the continuation of the refugees' journey into their countries," Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann said on Facebook earlier on Saturday morning. During the weekend Germany expects to receive up to 7,000 people crossing its borders from Hungary.
