Ukraine: OSCE inspect aftermath of deadly Gorlovka shelling

Observers from the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) inspected shelling damage in Gorlovka on Tuesday, after one person died and at least 12 were wounded due to a bombardment of the town earlier in the day. Among the injured were reportedly a six-year-old child and a pregnant woman. According to the Mayor's Office, from January to July, 164 civilians were killed and 501 people were wounded in artillery bombardments of Gorlovka. The ceasefire that had put a stop to much of the fighting is showing signs of fraying with the number of deaths from hostilities increasing and the OSCE reporting arms build-ups.
