Footage filmed on Wednesday shows Russian military vehicles patrolling the streets of the north-eastern Syrian town of Manbij, in Aleppo province.
The move comes after an agreement was struck between Turkey and Russia where the two agreed to establish a 'safe-zone' in north-eastern Syria and to carry out joint border patrols, as well as giving Kurdish forces 150 hours to withdraw from the zone.
Turkey's military offensive, dubbed 'Operation Peace Spring' began on October 9, days after the White House announced a withdrawal of US troops from the area.
