SOT, Yuri Semin, FC Lokomotiv Moscow Head Coach (Russian): "We gave 100 percent of our abilities, I'm very grateful to the players. We probably lacked the [physical] condition of those players who were sick before. Barinov, Ignatyev, Krychowiak and Howedes didn't play in the previous match. They probably lacked their [physical] condition by the end [of the match], it wasn't enough for 90 minutes. Probably, it was hard to make substitutions, as everything went well, the score was being kept, so I decided not to risk it." *JUMPCUT AT SOURCE*
SOT, Yuri Semin, FC Lokomotiv Moscow Head Coach (Russian): "Cristiano (Ronaldo) said: 'It was hard for us, but you could have opened up more'. I said that if we had been able to open up more, it would have been even more difficult for us."
W/S Juventus FC Manager Maurizio Sarri taking seat
SOT, Maurizio Sarri, Juventus FC Manager (Italian): "Patience...It looked like one of those matches that you have under control but you can't finish off. Fortunately, on the pitch the players were patient because it was not an easy match. They were defending with that high density of players. And I believe that to go down in the score, playing against these squads is the worst thing that can happen to you. Because after this the density of players defending increases. And therefore it wasn't easy to go up but we were patient and we continued playing. And then the match ended as the consequence of the conditions of the game." *JUMPCUT AT SOURCE*
SOT, Maurizio Sarri, Juventus FC Manager (Italian): "I'm not sure that they will play the next match the same way. Because now the gap is bigger and as a consequence they will need to play in a different way. If they play the same way this means that their goal is to play the Europa League. But I don't think so. I believe they are chasing the qualification. I believe that in that match they will try to play their chances and I believe that a different match could come out of this." *JUMPCUT AT SOURCE*
SOT, Maurizio Sarri, Juventus FC Manager (Italian): "It's a difficult squad to play against. And then when they assume this kind of [defending] behaviour it's not easy, same as what happened with Leverkusen, to get the full result."

FC Lokomotiv Moscow Head Coach Yuri Semin said that his team gave "100 percent" in their Champions League match against Juventus FC, which ended in a 2-1 defeat, during a press conference in Turin on Monday.
"We gave 100 percent of our abilities, I'm very grateful to the players. We probably lacked the [physical] condition of those players who were sick before. Barinov, Ignatyev, Krychowiak, and Howedes didn't play in the previous match. They probably lacked their [physical] condition by the end [of the match], it wasn't enough for 90 minutes," Semin said at the post-match press conference.
Juventus FC Manager Maurizio Sarri, who also attended the press conference, said that the match against Lokomotiv was "not easy" but as a result of patience on the pitch, his side managed to secure victory.
"It's a difficult squad to play against. And then when they assume this kind of [defending] behaviour it's not easy,' he added.
After their win, Juventus sit at the top of the Group D rankings with Lokomotiv Moscow in third place.
