"We are still very concerned that the true aim of the Dutch investigation is to give basis for further blaming,” Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated during a press conference in response to the final conclusion of the Dutch Safety Board's (DSB) investigation into the crash of flight MH17, in Moscow, Wednesday. She added that the large amount of information released in the report and the consequent confusion inspired was tantamount to propaganda. Zakharova questioned why all the debris from the crash site had not been gathered yet. She pointed out that Russia had “invited all the participants of the investigation to pay attention to it and they (the DSB) told us that they gathered everything that they needed from the crash site.” Zakharova added that “now one year later they say that there are some parts that were collected additionally.” She added that there was no doubt that Ukraine was directly responsible for not closing their air space for commercial aviation when the MH17 tragedy occurred.
