After holding a press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Finnish President Sauli Niinisto left Moscow, Tuesday, following discussions on the economic ties between the two countries, in particular the downturn in trade turnover between the two countries. Putin briefed the room full of journalists on trade and investment figures, as well as several major projects in the energy sector he and his counterpart discussed. Putin also praised Finland as a "great resource in trade and investment."
