Russia: ""There is no panic" - tourists relaxed after flying in from Egypt

Russian tourists returning from Egypt arrived at Moscow's Domodedovo airport, on Saturday, following Friday's announcement that flights will be suspended from Russia to Egypt. The tourists seemed in good spirits, despite having returned to Russia without their hold luggage, Russian tourist Natalia said "we do not have any problems. And there is no panic, everything is fine and under control," in reference to the delayed delivery of the luggage. Her sentiments were echoed by tourist Macca Bulgakova, who said the situation in Egypt "is calm." Alexander Bortnikov, the Head of the Federal Security Service (FSB), announced that it is necessary "to suspend the flights of Russian aviation in Egypt," in a meeting of Russia's National Anti-Terrorism Committee in Moscow. Bortnikov suggested that flights remain suspended until "we determine the true causes of the incident." According to Kremlin spokesperson Dmitri Peskov, Russian President Vladimir Putin has reportedly agreed with the FSB to halt all Russian flights to Egypt until the investigation is over.
