At least four people were injured in a shelling of a residential area of Donetsk's Oktyabrsky district, Thursday. One hospital and two homes were reportedly hit by the shells, leaving at least parts of them uninhabitable. One house took a direct hit to its roof, leaving a huge hole in the structure. Lyudmila, a local resident, described the terror of the shelling on Friday, saying she had nowhere else to go. "I didn't move. I am a believer – I prayed and asked God to save my flat, my life and all the houses and people around," she said. According to OSCE observers, the Minsk agreements have continuously been violated, particularly in the area surrounding Donetsk airport. The latest figures released by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights indicate that the death toll in the country now stands at over 6,400.
