Belarus: Opposition commemorate victims of Stalin's Great Terror

Belorussian opposition marched through a graveyard on the outskirts of Minsk to commemorate the victims of Stalin's Great Terror, on Sunday.
More than a hundred people marched, carrying a wooden cross and holding the former white-red-white flags of Belarus to the graveyard in Kurapati. The oak cross was erected in Kurapati, a location of a mass graves of the Great Terror's victims.
The event, which was was organised by Conservative Christian Party of the Belorussian People's Front, was timed to coincide with the Dziadi commemoration. Dziadi is a Slavic feast that is held at the end of October or at the beginning of November in order to commemorate the deceased.
