The FCC's Full Plan for Net Neutrality is Finally Here

12.03.2015
The Federal Communications Commission on Thursday released the set of net neutrality rules meant to protect the open Internet and bring broadband services under stricter regulation.
The rules, which were approved last month, reclassify high-speed Internet under Title II of the 1934 Communications Act, deeming it a telecommunications service instead of an information service. In other words, Internet traffic must be treated fairly and indiscriminately. In doing so, the FCC contends it's protecting the open Internet by preventing broadband companies from prioritizing some content over others.
