The injured parties are in a non-critical condition. Thirty-eight-year-old Wall Street worker David Wichs has been identified as the man killed in the incident
Emergency services personnel were deployed at the scene, with at least 138 firefighters from over 33 units attending, as well as numerous paramedics and police officers. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio also visited the site.
