Last Victim of Amtrak Derailment Leaves Philadelphia Hospital

A hospital spokesperson said Tuesday that the last patient from the May 12 Amtrak derailment in Philadelphia has left Temple University Hospital.
The fatal train derailment killed eight people and injured more than 200 others.
More than 130 patients had been taken to local hospitals following the crash.
Those with the most serious injuries were taken to Temple; they have treated a total of 64 victims from the accident.
Authorities have not officially determined the cause of the incident.
A spokesman for the National Transportation Safety Board has said it could take up to a year to reach a conclusion.
