German special forces arrested seven people in Alsdorf, close to western German city of Aachen, Tuesday, in connection to Friday night's Paris attacks, which killed 129 people and injured hundreds more. The now renowned prime suspect believed to be behind the attacks, 26 year-old Salah Abdelsalam, dubbed "Public Enemy Number One," was not amongst those arrested. The first three suspects were arrested in front of the Alsdorf job center on Tuesday morning. According to local media, they were a 29 year-old male and two females, 28 and 32. In the afternoon, two further arrests were made after searching the homes of two additional suspects. Salah Abdelsalam, a resident of Brussels, is suspected of being involved in the series of coordinated attacks that were carried out at six different locations across Paris on Friday. Salah's brother Ibrahim, allegedly blew himself up outside the cafe Comptoir Voltaire. Salah was reportedly stopped by French police following the attacks, but then let go.
