Sweden: Houthi delegation hail 'progress' over prisoner list exchanges at peace talks

The Houthi movement and Saudi-backed government delegation exchanged prisoner lists totalling 15,000 as part of a confidence building measure in Rimbo on Tuesday.
Abdelqader al-Murtada, a member of the Houthi delegation called the agreement "progress" at a press conference following the on the seventh day of UN-backed Yemen peace talks.
"We have managed to achieve progress today in the prisoner swap committee. During the meeting we have exchanged lists of names of detainees and prisoners as well as missing persons from the both sides", he added.
The Houthi and the government have reportedly agreed to a 45-day deadline for the exchange, which will be overseen by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
The two parties have yet to agree on some major sticking points, including a ceasefire in the port town of Hodeidah and the reopening of Sana'a airport.
The UN-backed Yemen peace talks, aimed at putting an end to the country's four year-old conflict, will continue until December 13.
