A large convoy of servicemen and equipment from the British army crossed from Sweden into Denmark, over the Oresund Bridge in Malmo on Tuesday, ahead of an upcoming NATO exercise in Norway called Trident Juncture.
The convoy is on on a 2,000 km (1242 miles) journey from Holland to Norway, which also serves as an exercise for an efficient movement of soldiers and equipment across European countries.
The convoy reportedly consists of 71 Foxhound, Husky and Landrover vehicles from the 1st Battalion, Royal Irish Regiment, 32 Regiment Royal Artillery and 1st Battalion Lancashire Regiment of the British Army,
Trident Juncture 2018 is reported to be NATO's largest exercise since the Cold War, and it will include over 50,000 personnel from NATO member states.
