SOT, Konstantin Noskov, Russian Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media (Russian): ''We did not discuss any particular economic benefits or tax benefits, but we have agreed for this phase, to organise a good number of joint fairs, to invite delegations from our countries to these joint fairs. We have agreed that we will organise around 8 joint fairs annually, 4 of which will be attended by ministers in a four-party format. I think this is a good first step in the path towards the expansion of relations between the companies of our countries, but in the long run I think it will also be possible to consider some preferences for our companies for their work in the market.''

SOT, Omer Abdullah Karagozoglu, Turkish Chairman of Information and Communication Technologies (Turkish): "We consider this quadripartite summit of ministers an important meeting, as the minister of Russia also mentioned, we have got together here in order to expand the cooperation between companies of these four countries and support the creation of infrastructure for expanding joint cooperation and information-sharing in this field.''

Ministers of information and communication technologies of Iran, Turkey, Russia and Azerbaijan held a quadripartite summit aimed at bolstering their IT cooperation, in Tehran on Wednesday.
The ministers held a joint press conference following their meeting to share their common vision for the future of their IT partnerships in the region.
"Our common purpose is to create a serious regional market in the field of information technology and achieve a suitable regional share in the future of digital economy in the world," said Iranian Minister of Information and Communications Technology Mohammad-Javad Azari Jahromi.
The Russian Minister Konstantin Noskov for his part announced the summit’s decision to organise joint annual fairs to expand cooperation between the companies of the participating countries.
"We have agreed that we will organise around eight joint fairs annually, four of which will be attended by ministers in a four-party format," said Noskov.
