19.06.2015
The streets and sidewalks of downtown Chicago were a lively sea of red on as 2 million fans streamed in for a parade to celebrate the cities' latest Stanley Cup championship.
This cup is the Blackhawk's third in the last six seasons.
Revelers bunched up behind metal barricades, screaming: "Go Hawks," blowing horns and holding up miniature versions of the silver cup to greet players passing by.
Fans in the country's third-largest city said they were not weary of celebrating yet another championship.
Some said this year's championship was even better than the previous two.
The Blackhawks overcame tougher circumstances this season than in 2010 and 2013.
