Syria: Military hospital reports 50% drop in casualties since ceasefire

Footage released on Tuesday shows a hospital in the Latakia Province where military personnel are being treated for their wounds. According to the head of Latakia's main military hospital, the number of those wounded and killed on the frontline has decreased by 50 percent since the ceasefire was implemented.
The wounded at the hospital include not only Syrian Arab Army soldiers but civilians from Latakia, Homs, Hama, Aleppo and Idlib Provinces. According to the doctors, most patients come to the hospital with injuries to the arms and feet caused by mines.
The number of those admitted has markedly decreased since the beginning of the reconciliation process which was implemented at midnight on February 27.
