Cleveland Judge Issues Opinion Against Police Officer in Fatal Shooting

According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper, a local judge found probable cause to charge a police officer with murder and other charges for a fatal shooting.
Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Ronald Adrine issued the opinion Thursday in regards to the shooting death of a 12-year-old boy by a local police officer.
The boy, Tamir Rice, held a replica gun when officer Timothy Loehmann shot him.
